Woodlands House sits above the First Fairway of the Woodlands Golf Course and commands a spectacular parkland, loch and mountain view.
The Estate is also home to the celebrated SeaBeds Luxury Lookous with Hot Tubs and RiverBeds Luxury Wee Lodges with Hot Tubs and the Young family and team, who run the estate, have their offices in Woodlands House. You may well meet James, Katie or Callum Young in the course of your stay here.

Four large, en-suite bedrooms off a private corridor on the first floor provide memorable accommodation for 2 – 8 guests.
This makes Woodlands House the perfect haven for both solo travellers and groups of adventurers, alike!

The luxury beds with their special mattresses promise the most comfortable night’s sleep.
You will enjoy the quiet of the house with its private stairwell leading up to the rooms on the first floor. Each room has its own lock with unique combination.
Humans welcome, dogs encouraged
Woodlands House prides itself on welcoming guests with all number of legs (although maybe leave your centipedes at home!). You and your furry friends will love the many paths and trails that wend across the estate in all directions. We do ask for a small £25 per pet, per stay supplement please.

Woodlands House is at the heart of the Woodlands Estate. It’s home to the Woodlands Glencoe 9-hole golf course and there are Segway Tours, archery and laser clay experiences all available from the nearby Clubhouse.
What’s more, there’s a great fleet of wonderful e-bikes to hand and superb, off-road cycling and local walks right from the doorstop with endless possibilities and so many potential adventures to enjoy!
Choosing your room
All of the bedrooms at Woodlands House have en-suite facilities and glorious views. Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3 overlook Woodlands Golf Course with the view stretching out towards Loch Linnhe and the mountains beyond. Rooms 1 & 2 have kingsize beds, built-in wardrobes and en-suite shower rooms. Room 3 has a kingsize bed and a single bed which makes it suitable for 3 guests. This room has an en-suite shower room too. The view from bedroom 4 looks out into the forest and the mountains beyond. This room has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
